I don't think it's something I'll keep up now that I'm in a largely english-speaking fandom. (bandom) Plus, hearing all the interviews in english, the one or two times I tried writing a bit in German with the characters just wouldn't work. The dialogue was all wrong...

I understand that. Seriously, I do. Writing the Pushing Daisies fanfic for Wünsche Wochen was hard enough because while I had watched the German dub, I had just finished re-watching the first season in English and that was confusing. And the Merlin fic I'm working on is in English, because I had a hard time thinking it in German.
