Yeah. The whole process is like two steps away from being kafkaesque sometimes. Lots of junior level positions that ask for proficiency in two tech stacks plus three years experience to get your foot in the door, ghost jobs, and HR personnel demanding you're a pro at job searching and doing every little detail right (rather than acknowledging that maybe you should be good at the job you want to do...)
