New LJ-Look
2006-12-14 01:09 amSo finally I managed to slightly change the look of my livejournal, like I wanted to do for ages. I just never had the time to do it.
My brother helped me a lot while he was cursing about his supposedly easy homework in 3-D-Graphics. He still isn't finished. And it's just getting worse. And more complicated.
Even with his help (or maybe because of) it took me hours to finish this, because I wanted it to look good even on a laptop with a widescreen. I know it won't work all that well because for that I would have to change things in a way so that it would not look good on a normal PC.
Anyway, thanks to my brother because he's more or less responsible for this layout. He took the photo after all, and he helped me choosing a type for the title bar that does look good. Even though he does not like the type I used for the header.
And now I still have to put the flyers he designed for my Japanese theatre course on my usb-stick and hope David brings his laptop tomorrow. I could not print them because I was too lazy to buy a new ink cartridge.

By the way, my beta will need a bit longer because she just found out she only had a few days left to finish her homework, and afterwards she will go home for Christmas. Something tells me she won't have time to do much while she's there. Maybe it's the fact that I know her family.
