Common Sense Anyone?

one day, when you're very very tired, I am going to open my window and listen to Nirvana as loud as possible. And don't you dare to complain about it to me. It would be the perfect revenge for all these days that you listen to music in the yard at 1 am. For waking me up with it at eight in the morning. For hammering nails into the wall in the middle of the night.
Would it really be so hard to just using your headphones or having a party inside the building? Or to renovate in the afternoon?
